Project Overview
Allied served as the Construction Manager for the new construction of this four-story 46-unit Energy Star rated wood framed senior housing apartment building.
The building exterior is finished with a combination of brick veneer, stucco and cement board siding. The project consists of 30 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units in addition to community spaces, office spaces, and laundry facilities. Anthony Wayne Senior Housing is a three-phase project developed by Elon Development, managed by Altman Management, and funded in part by the PHFA's Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the City of Philadelphia.
